Team Levy was developed in order to provide a forum where people can explore the future, ensure economic opportunity, protect what matters most, and learn by accessing key trends and experts. The two and a half-hour session will take place at Bronson High School's auditorium on Thursday, November 12th, and begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. Team Levy programs are focused on dialogue, learning, and sharing. Don Upton, President of Fairfield Index, Inc. moderates Team Levy sessions and will raise a number of critical questions for participant consideration.

Former NCBDC Chairwoman Carol McQueen has noted, "Levy County is in a special position. We can anticipate a number of projects in the near future, share our aspirations with people from all sectors and parts of the community, and tap into expert leaders."

Programs of 2009 have included: Information on Land Use on March 5; Transportation and Supply Chain on May 14; Levy County’s Target Industries and Jobs of the Future on August 13; the final 2009 Session will cover Resources and Priority-setting as a Community on November 12 from 2:30-5:00 pm.
